Why many people speak in different way the same language in the same country?

In all the countries of the world, there are a lot people from different parts of the country, different areas like the south, north, in all these areas people speak a little different, and the question is why? If all the people belong to the same country and they have the same language, the answer is: There are many things that influence in the way of the people speak different those thing are:

v  Age

v  Sex

v  Social situation

v  And where and when the language was learned

All this things we can see the difference in the grammatical rules, pronunciation, that happen because the language is unique for each person who speak, obviously for each language there is a social conventions for how we have to speak a language, but the language is not static, the language change through time, for this reason the language for part of the people from a specific area.
